Job Title: Western blot technician蛋白质免疫印迹技术员
Reports to: Supervisor of replenishment QC group
Location: Hangzhou
About the role
The western blot technician will be responsible for the membrane preparation and western blot test for the replenishment product.
Roles & responsibilities:
· Receive the test requests from the quality control engineer of replenishment products. Prepare the reagents and membranes used for the western blot tests according to the SOP (Standard Operation Protocol).
· Receive the samples from the antibody production team. Do western blot test according to the SOP
· Process the images, upload them and the related information to the database and fill the work order.
· Abide by the company’s lab management regulations and health & safe regulations. Manage the reagents, maintain the equipment periodically and keep the experiment area clean and tidy.
· Report to the supervisor on the work status periodically and the problem timely.
· Complete the other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
About you
· Major in biology or medicine or pharmacy related field.
· Skilled in experiment operation.
· Capability of detail focus.

About the role
The technician of Custom Service department will be responsible for lab operations of customer projects and collaboration projects
Roles & responsibilities:
293-6E cell culturing, and small scale production and large scale antibody production.
293-T cell culturing, and plasmids transfection.
Preparing cell lysates for WB testing by using transfected cells or treated cells.
Construct and culture stale cell lines according to stale cell protocols.
Flow cytometer testing.
About you
Cell culture and plasmid transfection experience.
Skillful communication with colleagues and teamwork guidance.
Active and initiative work attitude for making progress relative independently.

Job Title: Antibody Production Technician抗体生产技术员
Reports To: Supervisor of antibody production team
Location: Hangzhou, Zhejiang Prov. P.R.China
Position Summary:
The Antibody Production Technician is responsible for RabMab new and replenishment productions. Also be involved in lean production and process optimization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
l Daily work of antibody transfection production and corresponding plasmids preparation
l Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
l Prepare and assemble materials.
l Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
l Assist researcher in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new production methods, processes, or procedures.
l Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements.
l Prepare production documents, such as standard operating procedures, manufacturing batch records, inventory reports, or productivity reports.
l Lean production. Internal and external communication.
l Perform additional duties and/or other projects as required or assigned.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
· Biological sciences with experience in manufacturing being good at antibody or protein expression
· Hands-on involvement and problem solving ability required
